Edit by Query

1. Open the Query Editor:

• In the Bulk Manage Products section, click on Edit by Query.

2. Define Filters:

• A pop-up window will appear.
• Set your filters in the query builder. For example:
  • Vendor: Acme Co.
  • Tag: sale
• Combine multiple filters as needed for precise targeting.
• Click Search to apply filters

3. Review Products to be Edited:

• The query will identify all products matching the criteria.
• Confirm the results before proceeding.

4. Edit Compliance Data:

• Update compliance fields such as warnings, manufacturer details, or batch numbers.
• Use the "Overwrite Safety Infos" toggle to apply the same data to all matched products.

5. Save Changes:

• Click Save to update all products matching the query.

• Ideal for large catalogs where manual selection isn’t practical.
• Ensures compliance data is applied consistently across a wide range of products.
