  • Navigate to the product editor in the app.
  • Choose the appropriate H and P statements for each product from the dropdown menu.
  • Ensure you select statements that best match the product’s safety requirements.

Once the statements are selected, click Save to update your product's safety information.

Why It’s Important to Use Predefined Statements

Selecting predefined statements ensures that the app can accurately translate and apply the correct pictograms. Custom statements will not benefit from automatic translations or pictogram assignments.

Translating your Custom Statements

1. Open Warning Editor: Double-click on a warning/hazard cell in the bulk editor or click on edit on the normal edit page2. Select Warning: Find the warning you want to translate3. Add Translation: Click the "Add Translation" button4. Choose Language: Select from 25+ supported EU languages5. Enter Translation: Type your translation in the selected language6. Save: Click "Save" to store the translation
